At Dunvara Design, we believe every project is unique, just like you. Our meticulous and customer-focused design process is designed to bring your vision to life, divided into two phases for clarity and simplicity.

1. Enquiry & Consultation: Your Journey Begins Here

• When you contact Dunvara Design, your project becomes our top priority
• Our team will log your enquiry and follow up with a call
• During this call, we will decide whether a site visit or a Design Studio visit is best for you
• After the call, you will receive a project detail form to share your needs, preferences, and aspirations
• The more detail you provide, the better we can shape our design solutions
• All information you share is kept confidential
• We will then contact you directly to arrange a free 1.5-hour consultation at a time that suits you
• Before your consultation, we will dedicate time to reviewing your project so we’re fully prepared

2. Your Project

• If you decide to proceed with our design service, you will choose the option that best suits your project
• At this point, we extend our sincere thanks for entrusting us with your vision
• We value your time and commitment, and we will make sure you won’t be disappointed
• From here, we move into Phase 2, which is made up of 5 stages

Stage 1: Design – Turning Your Vision into Reality

• Once we receive your design payment, we begin Stage 1, led by Lyndsey, our Creative Director
• Your vision and needs remain at the centre of the process, with the support of advanced software and digital tools for smooth collaboration
• Working within your budget and direction, we create the first draft of your design
• You will receive render images to review, followed by a 1-hour Zoom meeting to discuss the design and any amendments
• Any requested changes are then provided, along with your full design presentation and estimate
• Each project includes an allocation of 20 hours to ensure fairness and efficiency. Additional hours can be arranged if required
• Throughout the process, we remain available to answer questions and explore options to ensure your complete satisfaction

Stage 2: Site Survey & Sign Off – Bringing Your Vision to Life

• This stage is an exciting and detailed part of the process, where we take care of everything for you
• Once we receive your booking deposit, both parties commit to completing the project through to the agreed finish
• Barry and Lyndsey work closely with you to ensure every element reflects your vision
• We visit your site to take final measurements, ensuring complete accuracy
• We confirm and finalise the designs, including all finishing touches such as colours, materials, stone selection, appliances, and hardware.

Stage 3: Order & Production – Crafting Excellence

• At this stage, we move forward with ordering and production
• Our custom-built project management system ensures the process runs smoothly from start to finish
• Barry takes the lead, focusing on delivering stunning designs and meticulously crafted, functional furniture
• Once all orders are placed, we will schedule a fixed fitting date
• Shortly before this date, we carry out a second site visit to confirm every detail and minimise any potential issues

Stage 4: Delivery & Installation – Exemplary Quality & Care

• Our skilled team, with over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential projects, brings your design to life
• You can trust our master fitters and experienced tradesmen to treat your home with the highest level of care
• Barry manages all installations personally and is available throughout this stage
• The result is an exemplary, high-quality turn-key finish

Stage 5: Sign Off – Your Dream Space is Ready

• Our goal is for you to walk into your newly designed space and feel instantly at home
• The journey doesn’t end with installation — we continue to stay in touch to ensure everything meets your expectations
• Your feedback and satisfaction are invaluable to us and play a key role in helping us grow and improve
