Following our chat, we’ll send you a project detail form. This form streamlines the process and helps us understand your specific needs, preferences, and aspirations. Your input is invaluable, as it guides our designers in crafting your ideal space.

To ensure we maximize our time together, please note that we’ll dedicate a few hours to delve into your project before your scheduled appointment, ensuring we’re fully prepared to make the most of our consultation.

There is 5 stages in Phase 2.

Stage 1: Design

Turning Your Vision into Reality

Once you’ve chosen Dunvara Design, we extend our sincere gratitude for entrusting us with your project. We appreciate your time and assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

Upon receipt of your Design payment, we dive into Stage 1 – Design, led by Lyndsey, our Creative Director. She ensures that your vision and needs are at the heart of the final product, utilizing cutting-edge software and digital tools for seamless collaboration. Working within your budget and direction, we embark on designing your space. Our goal is to deliver your project’s first draft design within 10 working days.

Your render images will be shared, allowing you a few days for review. Following this, we’ll arrange a 1-hour Zoom meeting to discuss the design and implement any necessary amendments. These changes will be delivered within 5 working days, along with the full design presentation and estimate.

To ensure fairness to all clients and efficient use of our resources, we allocate 20 hours for this service. If additional hours are required at the customer’s request, we can accommodate accordingly.

We’re always available to answer your questions and explore additional options to ensure your satisfaction.

Stage 2: Site Survey & Sign Off

Bringing Your Vision to Life

This stage marks an exciting and in-depth phase. Rest assured, we handle all the details for you. After receiving your booking deposit, both parties commit to completing the project to your agreed finish. Barry and Lyndsey work closely with you throughout this stage.

We are on-site for final measurements, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Designs are finalised, including finishing touches such as colours, materials, stone selection, appliances, hardware etc.

Stage 3: Order & Production

Crafting Excellence

Now, we move forward with ordering and production. Dunvara’s custom-built project management system ensures everything runs smoothly. Barry takes the lead from this point on, dedicating himself to delivering stunning designs and meticulously crafted, functional furniture.

Here are some of our payment terms to consider:

  • Bespoke Furniture:
    • Payment 1: A set fee based on the estimated project cost to secure your booking.
    • Payment 2: 50% pre-order payment (Stage 3).
    • Payment 3: Final balance plus any additional costs upon completion (Stage 5).
  • Appliance Orders: Payment in full before order.
  • Furniture & Styling Products: Payment in full before order.

Once everything is ordered, we schedule a fixed fitting date. A second site visit takes place shortly before this date to ensure everything is perfect, minimising any potential hiccups.

Stage 4: Delivery & Installation

Exemplary Quality & Care

Our skilled team, with over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential properties, is here to bring your design to life. You can trust our master fitters and skilled tradesmen to handle your home with care. Barry manages all installations and will be available throughout this final process, ensuring an exemplary quality turn-key finish.

Stage 5: Sign Off

Your Dream Space is Ready

We want you to walk into your freshly designed space and feel instantly at home. The journey doesn’t end here; we’ll maintain communication to ensure everything is as expected. Your feedback and satisfaction are instrumental in helping us grow.
