Returns Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right to cancel, customers must notify Dunvara Design within this 14-day period by email at [email protected].

Once cancellation has been notified, items must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items should be sent back in a resaleable condition where possible. Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. Where possible, items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Exchanges are available in store only.

Dunvara Design will cover return shipping costs where goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error. In such cases, we will arrange collection of the product.

For returns due to change of mind, ordering the incorrect item, or similar reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order items manufactured to customer specifications are non-refundable and exempt from cancellation rights in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Sale items may be returned in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
