Dunvara Design specialises in kitchen design and bespoke interors. Our services range from standalone professional design and planning to a complete design-to-completion service. We also design bespoke fitted furniture including utility rooms, bootrooms, media units, wardrobes, home offices, bathroom furniture and other made-to-measure cabinetry.
Can I work with Dunvara for kitchen design only?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us purely for the kitchen design service while working with their own builder, carpenter, or kitchen installer. We provide professional layouts, renders, planning guidance, and builder-ready drawings to help create a kitchen that is both beautiful and practical.
Do you offer a complete design-to-completion service?
Yes. Alongside our design only service, we also offer a full design-to-completion experience for clients who want a more complete and guided approach. Depending on the project, we can assist with bespoke cabinetry, appliances, lighting, flooring, furniture, blinds, interior finishes, and overall project coordination to help create a cohesive and beautifully finished home.
Yes we design a large range of bespoke furniture such as media units, bathroom units, window seats, bootroom and utility storage, wardrobes and home offices.
Ideally, before your architectural plans are completely finalised. Early kitchen planning allows important decisions such as window positions, doors, electrical points, plumbing, lighting and kitchen services to be considered alongside the proposed kitchen layout. Dunvara offers a Pre-Planning Consultation Service specifically for clients building, extending or reconfiguring their homes who want professional design input at an early stage.
Yes. We regularly work alongside architects, builders and trades to help ensure the design can be translated accurately from drawings into the finished space.
Yes. We work on kitchen renovations, extensions, home remodels and new-build projects.
For an existing home, we consider not only the new kitchen itself but also how the available space could work better. This can include changes to layout, storage, lighting, cabinetry and the relationship between the kitchen and adjoining living spaces.
The Dunvara Design process is broken down into two key phases: phase 1 Enquiry & Consultation and phase 2 Project Phase. Once the free consultation is complete and we move into the project phase, there are 5 key stages:
1. Design Development
2. Site Survey & Final Sign-Off
3. Order & Production
4. Delivery & Installation
5. Final Sign-Off

Absolutely. Our approach is not based around imposing a particular Dunvara “look” on every project. We take time to understand your home, personal style, practical requirements and the way you want to live in the space. We then use our design experience to bring those elements together into a considered and cohesive design that feels personal to you.
At Dunvara, we place a strong emphasis on interior architecture, not just interior design. We focus on how spaces function and flow, paying attention to structural elements like layouts, lighting, and electrical plans to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered. This, combined with our collaborative approach, means we really listen to your needs and bring our expertise to create something truly personal and functional. With our custom furniture options and project management services, we oversee every aspect of your project, ensuring it’s not only beautiful but also perfectly designed for how you live and work.
