STAGE 1
ENQUIRY

Every project is unique and that is our approach to all enquiries so let’s have a chat and see what is required.

STAGE 2
CONSULTATION PRE DESIGN

It all begins with some one-to-one time!

Our Design Studio is open, and you are most welcome to visit to discuss at first hand your project and to allow you to gain an understanding of our work. Our team will also take you through some styles and answer any early questions you might have.

Depending on the project a home visit may be more suitable and easier to get a complete understanding on how you use the space.

We ask that you provide us with as much information as possible, including inspiration pictures and plans/photos if you’ve got them. This step is important as it helps us gauge whether our process and look are a match for your project.

Our talented team have a listening ear, will ask the right questions, and understand your needs and hopes for your space.

STAGE 3
PRE-DESIGN, SERVICE PLAN & QUOTE

If your project sounds like a good fit we’ll submit a proposal which includes a quote for our professional fees as well as a realistic project schedule.

STAGE 4

DESIGN

Kickoff Day is the official first day of your project’s design phase. With some important pre-design items taken care of, we are ready to jump in headfirst and get started on the fun stuff.  Based on the established budget and direction, we get to work designing your space. We will be in constant communication through what’s app and email to keep you informed and ensure we are in heading in the right direction.

STAGE 5

DESIGN PRESENTATION

When your designs are ready after incorporating your requests and personal taste with our style and experience, we’ll invite you back into the Design Studio to present your room to you. You will then review the design plan and we can tweak things as necessary to make sure the design is just right.

Maybe at this stage you can take the project on yourself!

STAGE 6

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

There are many (sometimes its feels like hundreds) of things to think of and manage throughout the home-building and renovation process. With Dunvara’s expertise and professionalism we will ensure your project runs stress free and smoothly. We will be on hand to communicate to you and any 3rd parties visually and over email, calls, and FaceTime.

STAGE 7

ORDERING & DELIVERY

We order absolutely everything following your approval and delivered to site in line with Contractor schedule.

STAGE 8

The best part: Install Day! When your builder has finished and handed off the keys, we coordinate with our movers and handyman to get everything moved in, set up, and ready for you. It’s all-hands-on-deck for a few days as we hang every picture, fluff every pillow, and prep your house for elevated living.
