In compliance with the The Consumer Rights Directive, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of placing the order and return products to Dunvara Designs within 14 days from the date the notification to cancel has been received from the consumer to us. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please email us on info@dunvaradesigns.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges (Exchanges are available in store only).

Dunvara Designs covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will arrange collection of the product in this situation.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or Autopia error must be paid for by the buyer. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product”.
